Lounge Space

LOUNGE SPACE

DESCRIPTION

During the day, the Lounge space is open meeting space for the innovation community. At night and on weekends, the Lounge is available to host a wide range of events, from informal meetups to social receptions. The Lounge has beautiful contemporary furniture that ranges from worktables with integrated power to couches and high-top stools by the windows. The color-changing LED installation overhead and the writeable Ideapaint walls make the space flexible and customizable. Brew Café is open during the day for coffee, breakfast, lunch and snacks. For a cocktail reception, the Brew Café counter converts easily into a private bar.

Assembly Space

ASSEMBLY SPACE

DESCRIPTION

The Assembly Space is our most flexible event space. It can support 200 seated guests for a lecture- style presentation, a standup cocktail reception for up to 250 people, various banquet-style configurations, or various other alternative layouts. The Assembly Space also has two large acoustically- rated garage doors that function as dividing walls between the three Bays, so the space can be easily divided into multiple configurations: for example, a medium-size theater or reception space for 100 guests, or three separate workshops / breakout sessions. In addition to the writeable walls throughout, the space also has a 33′ contiguous white board wall at the front for large-scale artwork or projection.

Full Building Rentals

 

FULL BUILDING RENTALS

DESCRIPTION

District Hall has also hosted many events that take up more than one space simultaneously, or sometimes the whole building. For large scale events, many different setup configurations are available, and the building can transition easily from one kind of use during the day to another at night (i.e. daytime conference into a nighttime reception). For events of this scale, the District Hall staff will work with you to find the right configuration for your needs.

(Please note: Inquiries about renting the Gather restaurant space are handled separately and should be coordinated directly with the restaurant manager.)

Weddings

WEDDINGS

DESCRIPTION

District Hall offers over 8,000 square feet of space divided between an Assembly Hall, Lounge, private rooms, and patio space. For weddings, many different setup configurations are available, and the building’s flexible floor plan can transition easily from ceremonies to receptions. Most of the walls are writable IdeaPaint and can be used for poems, guestbooks, messages, and murals. The bar televisions and Phillips Color Kinetics Lights are programmable as well, and can be set to match your decor. If you choose to have your wedding at District Hall, a dedicated event planner from Briar Events will work with you to make sure your big day goes smoothly.

(Please note: Inquiries about renting the Gather restaurant space are handled separately and should be coordinated directly with the restaurant manager. Additionally, we are only able to accommodate buffet-style weddings.)

District Hall is able to host wedding ceremonies and receptions for 80 – 100 guests depending on setup needs.

All spaces at District Hall are priced on an hourly basis. Rooms are rented at the hourly rate, with an additional charge for setup and breakdown.
